⚡ My journey to creating the Academy of Life Change is rooted in personal growth and a relentless desire to help others unlock their full potential—both personally and professionally.

⚡ In 2012, I hit rock bottom—overcoming addiction, shame, and devastating loss that nearly destroyed my life. I faced homelessness, hopelessness, bankruptcy, meth addiction, a shameful label I never expected rooted in addiction, prison time, and the heartbreak of losing both of my parents.

⚡ By 2017, I had risen from the ashes, building a successful career as a personal trainer and nutritionist—helping clients transform their bodies and improve their health. But I quickly realized that true growth goes beyond physical change. It’s mental, emotional, and spiritual.

⚡ That realization ignited a deeper mission: to guide individuals beyond surface-level success and help them confront the root causes of pain, addiction, and destructive cycles to achieve lasting transformation.

⚡ In 2020, I officially launched what would become the Academy of Life Change—initially as a holistic personal training business focused on physical and mental well-being.

⚡ Soon, I saw that my clients needed more than fitness plans—they needed honesty, vulnerability, and powerful tools to turn personal pain into sustainable growth and success.

⚡ By 2021, I expanded into comprehensive life and recovery coaching, launching a private gym and coaching studio where I personally guided hundreds of men and women—helping them rebuild both body and mind for peak performance.

⚡ Alongside this, I built a thriving online presence through YouTube and podcasting, extending my reach to thousands worldwide seeking growth and transformation.

⚡ My commitment to learning never stopped. I earned certifications as a Master Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Certified Life Coach, Behavioral Health Coach, Brain Fitness Coach, Transformation Specialist, and achieved my Second-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2023.

⚡ These diverse disciplines allowed me to adopt a holistic approach—aligning body, mind, and spirit for maximum personal and professional growth.

 ✨ Over nearly the last decade, I built my practice as a behavioral health and sex addiction recovery coach, guiding men through transformation.

🔥 But through reflection, I realized recovery is only the first step—there’s so much more.

🌱 My true mission is to lead men through a total reinvention of life—transforming brokenness, shame, and loss into power, clarity, and purpose.

🚪 Addiction recovery opened the door, but my calling is bigger: helping men rebuild their identity, sexual expression, relationships, careers, and futures from the ground up.

🌟 I don’t just guide them out of addiction; I guide them into who they were born to become.

🔥 That’s why I’ve evolved from a behavioral health and sex addiction recovery coach into a Master of Life Reinvention.

⚡ I don’t just help men recover—I help them reinvent their lives with renewed confidence and purpose.
