There was a time in my life when I had it all—an exciting successful career as an NBC television weatherman, a successful radio broadcaster, and was a respected member of my community. I was fit, healthy, and had a blast of a social life. I was international fitness modeling and was dedicated to a strong physique. I had a healthy family life and an amazing village of loving friends.
I was living what many would consider the perfect life, even earning the Dan Award in West Palm Beach for my community service.
But beneath that polished exterior, I was silently battling demons that would soon strip everything away from me.
My sex and meth addiction didn't just take away my career—it took away my life. I spiraled so far down that I lost my home, filed for bankruptcy, and watched as my cars were repossessed. The chaos I created left me sleeping on park benches and crashing on friends' couches.
The addiction that once numbed my pain soon became the driving force behind it.
At my lowest point, I completely lost my sanity, and my addiction led me to places I never imagined I would go. It cost me my freedom, and I found myself behind bars for five long years.
During that time, I was stripped of everything.
But in that prison cell, I began to confront the very pain I had spent my life running from.
It was then that I made a decision: I would reclaim my life. And not just my life—I would dedicate myself to helping others escape the same trap that nearly destroyed me.
I have been freed from crystal meth, alcohol, and sex addiction for many years. My journey to recovery wasn't easy, but it transformed me into the person I am today—a person who understands, from the inside out, what it feels like to lose everything, and what it takes to rebuild. I didn’t just regain my sobriety; I rebuilt my life from the ground up.
I earned multiple certifications, including becoming a master personal trainer, nutritionist, transformation specialist, behavioral health coach, and life coach.
I specialize in sex addiction recovery coaching, because I know there are many who are still in the battlefield of compulsive sexual behavior and sex addiction.
I know there are others like me, who need not just someone to tell them it would get better, but someone who had walked in their shoes, survived, and thrived.
I bring this experience into my coaching. When I work with clients, I’m not just offering them textbook strategies. I’m offering them a path I’ve walked myself.
I understand the pain, the shame, the isolation—and I know the way out.
I’ve rebuilt my body, my mind, my career, and my spirit. Now, my mission is to help others do the same.
Addiction is a powerful force, but so is transformation. Today, I’ve helped countless people break free from the grip of addiction and reclaim their lives.
I believe that true recovery involves not just saying no to the addiction, but saying yes to a life full of meaning, strength, and purpose. Also I encourage, using the Addiction Transformation Formula, clients to understand the addiction as an ally rather than an enemy.
I’m here to show you that it’s possible to come back from the edge. If you’re battling sex addiction or meth addiction, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck.
You can transform your life.
I’m living proof that no matter how far down you’ve fallen, you can rise again. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
To you, who might be silently fighting this battle, wavering on the brink of seeking help—know this: I truly understand your pain. The fear, the guilt, the isolation.
I’ve lived it.
And I also know the overwhelming relief and freedom that comes with stepping onto the path of change.
You have the power to reclaim your life.
Allow me to walk this journey with you, to help guide you from despair to hope, from enslavement to liberation.
Together, we can make these changes real.
You're not alone, and it's never too late to rewrite your story.
