🥀 I remember the utter hopelessness, extreme despair, and overwhelming embarrassment that swept over me when I was charged, convicted, and branded as a registered sex offender. I had no clue how I was going to move forward or rebuild a life I could once again be proud of — I wondered, how could that even be possible?
🏋️♂️ Over time, and with strategic steps, I learned to accept my circumstances—not as a victim of my label, but as a man responsible for my choices. I discovered how to build a thriving personal training and coaching practice, despite the label I wear.
🌱 Today, I know that while I am stuck with this label for life, it does not define the purpose I serve in the world. I’ve made amends where I could, owned my mistakes, and most importantly, I’ve grown into someone I am proud of.
