Fostering Transformation and Inspiring Hope

In 2012, I hit rock bottom. My life spiraled into chaos as I found myself arrested and sentenced to five years in prison—a wake-up call that forced me into a stark confrontation with my demons. My sex addiction, methamphetamine addiction, and alcoholism had ravaged my spirit, leaving me in a state of utter despair. 

I was broken and hopeless, teetering on the edge of existence, wishing for nothing more than to escape the relentless misery that had consumed me. I had lost everything—my two decade career as a weatherman, my physical health from years of substance abuse, and the very core of who I was, shattered by the obsessions that gripped my mind.

There were moments when I sank to my knees and prayed for death, overwhelmed by a darkness that seemed inescapable. Yet, even in that bleak purgatory, I discovered a flicker of hope through the unwavering support of my coach, Tony. With his guidance, my heart, mind, and spirit began to awaken from the depths of this despair. 

He introduced me to a new way of thinking—revising my morals and values, igniting a profound sense of purpose that I thought was long lost.

During those years of incarceration, I felt as though I was suspended between life and death, trapped in a void. But through the connection I forged with nature—a higher vibration that resonated within me—I began to rebuild. I realized that my rebirth was not just for me; it was a calling to help others like the desperate, hopeless man I once was.

As I was creating the Academy of Life Change, it initially took the form of Life Transformation BMS—Body, Mind, and Spirit. In that pursuit, I received seven certifications and became a master personal trainer and nutritionist. As I transitioned into the Academy of Life Change focused on sex addiction recovery coaching, I continued my education. 

While I remain a master personal trainer and nutritionist, I have also become a certified Transformation Specialist, Behavioral Health Coach, Life Coach, and an expert in Sex Addiction Recovery.

Thus, the Academy of Life Change was born from my transformation. I became dedicated to guiding men grappling with sex addiction and methamphetamine addiction—men who feel as hopeless as I once did. I wanted to impart the powerful strategies and techniques that had reshaped my life, to help them reclaim their health, careers, futures, and reputations.

Although I may no longer occupy the TV screens as a weatherman, my purpose now is to create ripples of positive change in the lives of others. With the Academy of Life Change, I strive to help individuals break free from the chains of shame, guilt, and regret. I empower them to rediscover their passion, cultivate self-confidence, and learn to live life to the fullest, laughing, loving, and thriving as they were always meant to.
