HOW THE ACADEMY OF LIFE CHANGE CAME ABOUT

My journey to creating the Academy of Life Change is rooted in personal transformation and a relentless desire to help others break free from the same struggles I faced.  

It all began in 2012, when I hit rock bottom—facing addiction, shame, and loss that nearly destroyed my life | homelessness, hopelessness, bankruptcy, meth addiction, and was arrested and put behind bars, along with the loss of my mother and later my father devastated me.

Later, in 2017, I had risen from the ashes, achieved success as a personal trainer and nutritionist, helping others transform their bodies. But I knew true change went far beyond physical fitness—it was mental, emotional, and spiritual.  

Driven by this insight, I expanded my focus and began offering behavioral health and life coaching—helping clients address the deeper root causes of their struggles. In 2020, I officially launched what would become the Academy of Life Change, initially as a personal training business aimed at holistic wellness and transformation. 

Soon, I realized many of my clients needed more—truth, vulnerability, and the tools to turn their pain into lasting growth. So in 2020, I began offering specialized coaching to help people address the mental and emotional aspects of their struggles—leading to my evolution into a full-fledged coaching practice.  

By 2021, I opened my own coaching studio and private gym—a sacred space where I coached hundreds of men and women in person, guiding them to rebuild both their physical bodies and their emotional resilience. During this period, I launched my YouTube channel and podcast to reach and inspire a broader audience.  

My path of learning and growth continually expanded. I earned certifications as a Master Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and later in life coaching, behavioral health, and brain fitness. I also became a certified transformation specialist and trained in martial arts, earning my second-degree black belt in Taekwondo in 2023. 

These qualifications allowed me to take a truly holistic approach—addressing the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected parts of transformation. 

Since then, my focus has shifted to men battling sex addiction, compulsive behaviors, and shame—drawing from my own journey and extensive training to create effective, compassionate programs. Through this, I developed EMPOWER100, a 100-day transformative online program designed to guide men from rock bottom to rock solid in just 100 days.  

Today, I proudly call myself a Master Life Reinvention Strategist and Transformation Specialist. My mission is to help men rebuild their confidence, their values, and their lives—so they can avoid losing everything I once nearly did: relationships, family, career, and their freedom.  

The Academy of Life Change is more than a business; it's my life’s work—born from pain, fueled by purpose, and dedicated to empowering others to create their own extraordinary transformation.
