Imagine finding yourself released from prison after serving five years, burdened with four felonies, no money, a suspended license, and no job or income. Picture living in a small room in your brothers home, battling Hepatitis C, without a car and having shattered credit. Visualize the grief of losing your mother just a year before your release, moving to a small town where you have no friends, and facing the monumental challenge of rebuilding your life in a society where your reputation has been destroyed. Finding employment becomes nearly impossible with a criminal record, and the community feels uneasy about having a registered sex offender living on their street. Now picture this at 47 years old, a time when one would typically be established in their career, enjoying financial security, and experiencing stability.
Would you feel hopeless in such a situation?
Now, consider that this was me. In just seven years, I transformed my circumstances entirely. I published three books and earned nine certifications, including Master Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Transformation Specialist, Behavioral Health Coach, and Life Coach specializing in Sex Addiction Recovery. I achieved my 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and created a YouTube channel where I produced over 130 videos, attracting more than a thousand authentic subscribers within its first year.
Today, I own a fitness and coaching studio, drive a Mazda Miata and a Jeep Wrangler, and have adopted a dog. I’ve secured my own home (though renting) and built a supportive community of positive friends and a healthy family structure.
Through all these challenges, including the heartbreaking loss of my precious father in 2022, I maintained my freedom from sex, meth, and alcohol addiction. Remarkably, I achieved all of this without any financial support from family or government—no one ever gave me money. I built my business from the ground up, despite having no prior entrepreneurial experience, and I've kept the same coach and mentor in my life for the past 20 years. I am no longer Hepatitis C positive, thanks to successful medication in 2018.
Today, I continue to grow, pursuing bigger dreams and passions, and dedicating myself to helping others transform their lives just as I have transformed mine.
If I can rise from such overwhelming challenges, so can you. Embrace the possibility of your own transformation. Let me help you!
Imagine, if you will, a vibrant scene on a bustling television set. The camera zooms in on me, Rob, a charismatic local weatherman, who graces the screens of homes across Florida. With a twinkle in my eye and a confident smile, I confidently deliver forecasts and safety tips, bringing joy and security to thousands of viewers. “Welcome! It’s going to be a beautiful day!” I beam, embodying a life filled with promise.
But as the cameras stop rolling, the bright lights fade, and a darker reality looms just beyond the studio walls.
Behind the façade of success, chaos reigns. My world spirals into shadows as I grapple with the sinister grip of alcohol, meth, and sex addiction. I vividly recall the night I stumbled through the streets, a once-celebrated figure reduced to whispers and glances from passersby. My home, once a sanctuary, becomes a distant memory as addiction leads me from the comfort of a beloved career to the harsh realities of homelessness and prison.
The emotional fallout resonates, echoing the pain of missed opportunities and lost connections—my very essence stripped away.
Yet, in this gripping tale of rise and fall, I experienced a dramatic turn during my darkest hour. It was here that I met Coach Tony. With unwavering support, Tony empowered me to confront my demons head-on. “You have the power to change your story,” he insisted, igniting a flame of determination within me.
Through late-night conversations and transformative strategies, I began to redefine my relationship with addiction, emerging from the shadows to reclaim my life.
Today, I stand tall, transformed and triumphant. As an author, coach, course creator, and speaker, I channel my experiences into helping men who are experiencing similar battles. With a passionate voice, I reach out, urging others to recognize the risks they face and reminding them that they can save their marriages, careers, reputations, and ultimately their lives.
I am dedicated to this mission because I fervently believe that every man struggling with internal pain, shame, guilt, and isolation deserves a chance at a new beginning. “I’ll help you change your way of life before it’s too late,” I proclaim, embodying the essence of the Academy of Life Change.
In this cinematic journey, I transform not only my life but the lives of countless others, leading them toward a future where healthy sexual expression and liberation from addiction reign.
I understand the weight of the struggle you’re carrying—the loneliness, the anxiety, and that persistent sense of hopelessness that seems to follow you everywhere. I know that seeking help for compulsive sexual behavior and sex addiction is not something the average man considers lightly, and if you’re here, it’s likely because you’re in deep pain and searching for a way out.
I have walked a similar path, one that leads through the darkest moments of feeling trapped in compulsive sexual behaviors and overshadowed by shame. There was a time when I found myself on the brink—an NBC weatherman turned homeless, lost in a world of compulsive acts that only deepened my despair.
I can vividly recall the nights I rode my bike to a sex club, thinking a fleeting moment of “relief” would ease the sadness of my life. Yet, each time I returned to reality, my pain was right there, waiting for me, a constant reminder I couldn’t escape.
But here’s the truth—I am no longer defined by that darkness. I have found healing, strength, and freedom, and it’s my profound joy to guide you toward that same liberation. I believe with every fiber of my being that life change—recovery from the chaos—is not just a dream, but a reality waiting for you.
Imagine, if you will, standing at the crossroads of your life, burdened by the weight of addiction, anxiety, and hopelessness. I know that feeling all too well. As I once navigated the darkness, I felt the shackles of compulsive sexual behavior wrapping tighter around me, leaving me desperate for an escape.
But from that abyss, I emerged with a fierce determination to transform my life—not just for myself but for others who struggle as I once did.

During my meteorology career, I balanced a dynamic portfolio serving both as an international fitness model for Blue Door Production Company and gracing the pages of Exercise For Men Only international publications and calendars.
Vanity accolades followed, with Palm Beach Illustrated recognizing me as the sexiest male anchor and a top contender for best hair in South Florida. Additionally, a public poll on 95.5FM crowned me the best-looking male anchor in the region.
Beyond my on-screen presence, I shared my expertise by teaching meteorology at Palm Beach Community College and honed my public speaking skills through engagements at various educational institutions and community events.
With nearly two decades of experience in public speaking, I've engaged audiences at schools, colleges, universities, men's and women's clubs, and community outreach programs, enriching lives through shared knowledge and inspirational dialogues.
I volunteered for numerous charities and in 2005 I earned the Dandy Don Award for being a true voice in the community. I hosted many public events such at PRIDE and non-profit events of the Palm Beaches.
The scene opens in a dimly lit, cluttered room where the remnants of a once-vibrant life lie scattered about—a worn-out jacket draped over a chair, and empty bottles littering the floor. A flickering television casts shadows on the walls, showing the bright smile of a weatherman, the title “Rob - NBC News” proudly displayed.
Yet, behind this façade, Rob’s life was spiraling down a treacherous path, engulfed by the tumultuous battle with alcoholism, methamphetamine use, and sex addiction that plunged his promising career into darkness.
Rapid shots depict Rob stumbling through his chaotic existence, surrounded by drugs and risky behaviors, lost in a whirlwind of regret, shame, and despair. The contrast between his former life and the reality he has succumbed to becomes painfully clear as scenes of lively parties transition to moments of lonely isolation.
The camera captures him sitting alone in a sterile prison cell, where time moves slowly as he grapples with the weight of his choices. The echoes of disappointment from family and friends only amplify the pain of the five years of incarceration he faces.
As Rob steps outside for the first time after his release, the surge of bright morning light washes over him, symbolizing a heavy weight being lifted from his shoulders. Hope flickers within, signaling the beginning of his resurrection.
The narrative shifts to heartfelt sessions with his coach, Tony, where Rob confronts his vulnerabilities and fears, gradually rebuilding the fragments of his shattered life. Sitting with his therapist recreating his mind, morals, and values.
With unwavering support, he learns to replace chaos with purpose and despair with hope, transforming his existence and reclaiming his identity.
In the closing scene, Rob stands tall against a stunning sunset, embodying the determination and joy he has rediscovered. This moment marks the beginning of his new journey—a journey where healing and empowerment intertwine.
Rob is now ready not only to share his story but to ignite the spark of change in others, guiding those who are ready to redefine their lives and escape the shadows forever.
As the scene fades out, the words “YOUR JOURNEY TO FREEDOM BEGINS NOW” appear on the screen, closing with a powerful promise of hope and transformation for all who are willing to take that step.
Beneath my polished exterior lay a storm brewing of its own—a whirlwind of alcoholism, methamphetamine use, and sex addiction that would soon consume everything I held dear. As my life spiraled out of control, I found myself in the darkest of places, confronting the harsh reality of my circumstances.
The years between 2006 and 2012 were rife with chaos and instability, culminating in a pivotal turning point: my incarceration at age 42. The law does not forgive sexual misconduct, and while I never engaged physically or exchanged photos with a minor, the serious nature of my actions led to severe consequences. Today I am labeled a registered sex offender.
Behind those cold, unforgiving walls, I faced the grueling isolation of my choices. Days turned to years, and the weight of regret weighed heavily on my heart as I confronted the destruction my actions had wrought on others, myself, and those I loved. Each moment felt like an eternity spent in shadow, where I could no longer hide from the painful truths of my past.
I remembered the crushing blow of my mother’s passing just before my release, a stark reminder of the cost of my actions.
Yet, amidst that desolation, the flicker of redemption began to blaze. With the wise guidance of my coach and mentor, Tony, I experienced a storm of transformation, a spiritual and mental awakening that reshaped everything I thought I knew about myself. I embraced my circumstances, shedding the remnants of the life that had led me astray.
As I immersed myself in new patterns of behavior, my identity shifted from that of a prisoner shackled by addiction to a liberated soul dedicated to recovery and growth.
Emerging from prison in 2017 at age 47, I stepped into the light as a renewed individual, ready to break free from the chains of my past. My transformation inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others who struggle with the same demons.
Now, I stand as a beacon of hope for those entangled in compulsive sexual behavior, guiding them on their journey to freedom. Through my experiences, I’ve cultivated the wisdom to empower men to reclaim their lives, family, and futures. Let my journey serve as a testament—a reminder that no matter how deep the despair, the path to transformation is always within reach.
